Great image - but I also wondered, what happened to the Iraqi journalist who threw the shoes? I mean, why no more news update, especially to show how great the democratic court system is now over there…

His 13 minute speech was so bad that even Dick Cheney was caught on camera nodding off. His speech, like everything else he says, was laced with lies. Does this person ever say anything that is true? A shame and total embarrassment to what once was a better country.

Bush’s last speech was laden with so much false information.

Last nightJim Larrer of PBS News interview Dick Chaney another person who lies out of both sides of their mouths.

Size 10 shoe.  Size 10 IQ.  As they say if the shoe fits…

Also, as the Vietnamese say, “You stink number 10 Mr. Bush.”

Fun cartoon!  Unfortunately, no doubt the poor iraqi shoe thrower has gotten lost in some iraq/american prison.  It’s ironic, american contractors in iraq have done nothing to rebuild iraq’s infrastructure, but as in america, they can’t seem to build enough of prisons, nor of the prison industry.  One wonders if there be a cheney link somewhere in that chain?

How the incompetent George War-Criminal Bush ever managed to have the chance to become President, is beyond me.

The fact that he will leave, a FREE man, with tax-payers benefits, not to mention the millions in payback comming his way for favors rendered, at America’s expense, is unbelievable.

This experiment we call the USA cannot survive without a smarter & thinking citizenry, willing to hold its misleaders accountable.

Perhaps George can manage to kick himself in the rear and out the door with his “new hat”. Even a kick in the butt is a step forward. Seems that his last farewell speech lacked enough people to fill all the seats in the room. There were only 7 rows of seats, unknown number of seats per row,but could only fill up about 5 of those rows, so they filled up the last 2 rows with white house aides and any other seat fillers they could find*. This speaks volumes as to how people feel about his over-extended bye bye speech.

For the proper accusation of Kerry in 2004 against “Arrogant Foreign Policy” I agree that Bush’s head is very swelled with his overbloated red ink in the trillions deficit spending of unearned taxes and military offensives worldwide, to the level of the SHOE FITS Bush.

He does not deserve any courtesy.

I applaud the two shoes thrown, it is an understatement, yet the shoe fits.

Moving forward OBAMA is not deserving of any more respect than BUSH and, even LESS not more.

Why the media loves the idiots more than democracy for the capable BEST to be elected, I do not have any clue.  I have a journalism degree and am very very very upset with the media.  They are criminals as much as Bush, Cheney, and Obama.

The Bailouts are illegal also.

As is the war in Iraq which the shoe thrower journalist who lost his family KNOWS.  He is correct to have done a low level “violent” act against Bush.

Bush should be shot or hung.

But IMPEACHMENT with proper non violent justice is the TRUE CORRECT ACTION WAY OVERDUE.thers

On January 19, 2009 a SHOE THEM THE DOOR GOING AWAY PARTY is happening at the WHITE HOUSE:
http://www.opednews.com/articles/SHOE-THEM-THE-DOOR-aka-WHA-by-BenMarbleMD-090102-596.html

IF you cannot make it to D.C., I HOPE you will be inspired to send a pair of shoes to the White House Lawn instead

My letter that accompanied my NONVIOLENT shoes to Bush:

December 17, 2008
The White House
1600 Pennsylvania Avenue NW
Washington, DC 20500

Dear President George W. Bush,

As a NONVIOLENT person deeply anchored to what Jesus taught, I would never throw anything at you or any other.

These silver slippers are sent as a gift of remembrance of that little child of Bethlehem who you once claimed was your favorite philosopher.

Jesus is best known by me, as the Prince of Peace. He promised it is the Peacemakers who are the daughters and sons of God and that his sisters and brothers were those that did the will of the Father.

“What does God require? He has told you o’man! Be just, be merciful, and walk humbly with your Lord.” -Micah 6:8

These silver slippers are sent in NONVIOLENT Solidarity and with deep compassion for the misery of all people caught in the crossfire of violence, especially refugees and children who pick up shrapnel that reads “Made in the U.S.A.”

Most sincerely yours; A patriotic American Irish dissident, who has been to Israel and occupied Palestine six times since June 2005.
