Thank you for your kind words. But my wife and 3 daughters already died a bit because of this war.
The American KIA count is more than just numbers—it is extended family, friends, neighbors, teachers, clergy, and any one else who has known each KIA who share in the pain of loss forever of our loved ones.
This country doesn’t know the true depth of all the pain that this administration has caused. Sometimes I’m afraid that the people of this great land just don’t want to know. And we as a benevolent people, ignore the catastrophic loss of life that the invasion and occupation of Iraq has caused to the Iraqi People.
There is so much shame that is just ignored too.
Peace to you all. Yes justice will prevail for mr bush, cheney, rumsfeld, wolfowicz, feith, and all those other cowardly bastards who sacrifice other people’s children for their vanity

Gold Star Father, I am so sorry that this illegal and immoral conflict took your son away from you. No man should outlive his son or daughter.
But to lose a loved one, such as you have, to an illegal and immoral conflict that was instigated because of a perceived need for the protection of resources, OIL, is an unnecessary and wasteful loss of the most important life to you.
I, am of the opinion that the whole lot of the neo-cons, the signatories to the Contract for America, and the previous statement regarding America by Donald Rumsfeld, Paul Wolfowitz, Dick Cheney, and others that I now consider to be traitors to America and abusers of the Constitution and Bill of Rights, should be hauled before the World Court in the Hague and convicted for crimes against humanity.
To see these men walking free while the brave men and women, who fight the fight, not for them but for America, losing their lives for OIL, it makes me ashamed and I want to vomit because of the inequity and injustice of their policies.
Gold Star Father, in an equitable and just world, these men and women, who have caused America to become the laughing stock of the world, derided by all the world, even the Third World countries, they would be in prison subjected to the same policies of torture and summary death that they have propagated in the “interest” of security and protection of the United States.
You have my condolences and wishes that some time in the future, these men and women will meet their maker and face the music, for all the misery and wanton destruction that they have caused.
Life and health to you and the rest of your family, please do not lose another of your family, for the cause of an illegal and immoral war.
G-d Bless you in your grief and comfort you and your family, with this thought, that no matter how your son died, he went to a better place, where there is no war, no fighting and division, all are alike, loved and cared for like the children of G-d that they are.

Mr. Fish, always profound, has out-done himself this time. The hypocracy that is America today is depicted fully in this Mr. Fish Statement.
I was very interested in nrobi’s comments too. In my grief still, compounded by intense frustration, I do some imagining on those days that I feel really bad—over 2 1/2 years now still daily.
I imagine that I’m in a small room with bush or cheney and a baseball bat. No shrink can make me feel as good as my imagination.
....missing my Marine son, lost forever in Bush’s War to Preserve his Ego. Missing the sanity too that was America.
Why must we wait for one more tragedy—war upon Iran—before impeachment of the criminal bastards. There is more than enough evidence now to proceed.

Mr. Fish rocks!
I wonder though, if Uncle Sam should be holding the stick, with our sold-dier as the piñata, with the blindfold held out forming the support our- ribbon, by Bush himself?
Nah, its fine as it is.

I do wish that the pinata, was G.W. Bush, you could also make one of Richard Cheney.
There are many in this current administration that would benefit from the use of a baseball bat, maybe it would bring sense to the madness that is this current administration.
I for one, would hope that the American people would demand justice for the thousands of Americans who have paid the ultimate sacrifice for OIL and the almost 1 million Iraqis that have been executed, murdered and are “collateral damage,” in the illegal and immoral invasion of that sovereign nation.
No nation has the right or privilege of “pre-emptive” war and first strike capability. This shrub doctrine, is without doubt the most egregious example of what an imperial presidency can lead to.
Enough is enough, should the shrub and Darth Vader launch a first strike against the nation of Iran, I believe there would be more than enough evidence for the impeachment proceedings to go forward and then for the conviction of those men, the shrub and Darth Vader on the counts of high crimes and misdemeanors.
This is a clear and present danger at this point, and yet the Democratically controlled Congress, will do nothing more than rubber stamp the requests of the King and send forth the money for illegal and immoral purposes.
All members of Congress save those brave few that have stood solidly against the current administrations policies, should be voted out of office and replaced with people for whom the electorate are their bosses, not the special interest groups of lobbyists for the military industrial complex, that are banging the war drums, at every turn of the screw. And with every turning of the screw, we the American people are getting screwed by the people who are supposed to be looking out for our interests in Washington.
Somebody, anybody, please take into account the interests and wishes of the American people before it is too late and we become a nation of, by and for the corporations.
Let us, the electorate, stand up and let our voices be heard this November, by removing those members of the House and Senate that do not hear us and only listen to the sound of money, pouring into their coffers.
Wishful Thinking, huh?
