Please don’t confuse indifference with ignorance. We Purto Ricans, have dealt with the imperial north for many years. We on the island do not vote, but the millions of us on the mainland do vote. Sorry if this comes as a surprise to you and your ilk, but islanders are 99% literate and mainland Puerto Ricans have highr education than you think.
