Don't go there

Mr. Fish is treading on perhaps the most politically dangerous and controversial issue of this war.

Bush is a murderer and so is anyone who VOLUNTEERED to take up his cause in this aggressive war.

The neocons know what they’re doing is immoral, killing innocent Iraqis and destroying their land for oil.  So they convince us they’re spreading democracy, the one thing that will save the world from itself, and they’re fighting terrorists, those Extremeist Islamo Fascist Muslim Terrorists who want to kill us.

These troops DON’T have my support, no matter how much the mantra chanters try to arouse my guilt.
Bush is a Hitler and his army, Nazis.

And, I guess that makes anyone who “supports our troops” rank & file Nazis, as well.

The conscientious objectors of the Viet Nam War were the real heros, IMO.

That fucking Bush has even desecrated the notion of what PATRIOTISM means. George W. Bush will be the president to go down in history as the one destroyed America.

Re: Don't go there

Not everyone who serves in Bush’s army is Nazi. Not everyone in Bush’s army necesarrily supports his ideas, whatever those are. Not everyone who serves in Bush’s army is a neocon. As a matter of fact, I don’t know one neocon private or sergeant. Officers, who knows and who cares?
I serve. If you’d like to meet me in person and have a debate about who’s a Nazi or who’s not, we can. My email is unseennewgod at aol dot com. Contact me whether you want to have a civil debate or an insulting one, because I GUARANTEE everything you think you know is wrong. And, when we go to war with Iran, and being in the American army I think that is the stupidest thing in the world, it won’t matter anyway. Because we ARE ALL DONE.

Welcome to the TruthDig army

Mr Fish,

Thank you for illustrating for us us this fond memory of you and the rest of your class being welcomed to the TruthDig contributor ranks after training.  I didn’t realize cartoonists had to wear fatigues, though. Curious.

The Olympic Torch Relay Campaign.......

Uhh, which “s-storm” is that, Fish?

Try this one...... about how the Tibet Olympics protests were set up.......

The Olympic Torch Relay Campaign - “Conference reports and the research of a Canadian journalist (Doug Saunders) reveal that a German Foreign Ministry ‘front’ organization is playing a decisive role in the preparations of the anti-Chinese Tibet campaign. According to this information, the campaign is being orchestrated from a Washington based headquarters......

It had been assigned the task of organizing worldwide “protests” at a conference organized by the Friedrich Naumann Foundation (affiliated with the German Free Democratic Party - FDP) in May 2007. The plans were developed with the collaboration of the US State Department and the self-proclaimed Tibetan Government in Exile and call for high profile actions along the route of the Olympic Torch Relay and are supposed to reach a climax in August during the games in Beijing......” http://www.german-foreign-policy.com/en/fulltext/56145 ?PHPSESSID=8tggu56mmhqa19u133as4nbrb6

“Liberal” politics in Europe and the USA refers to “conservative” politics - although the German FDP’s leader is supposedly gay http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Guido_Westerwelle

See the Canadian media article - How three Canadians upstaged Beijing http://www.theglobeandmail.com/servlet/story/RTGAM.200 80328.wtibetcampaign0328/BNStory/International

“Last May, the Dalai Lama’s Tibetan government-in-exile put together a meeting in Brussels of all the major Tibet organizations — there are hundreds, and they’re organized under a Washington-based umbrella group, the International Tibet Support Network. There, the exiled Tibetans decided that the Olympics should be the single focus of their activities for the next 15 months, and they hired a full-time organizer for the Olympic-disruption campaign....”

The conference was organized by the Friedrich Naumann Foundation in May 2007. Citing FNSt information, the German website report said the fifth “International Tibet Support Groups Conference” was held in Brussels on May 11-14, 2007 - http://news.xinhuanet.com/english/2008-04/14/content_7 969874.htmstory about that at
