Bush and Iraq

Yet the Shrub still said that the cost of the war is exaggrated but I beg to differ

How about the cost of Blackwater, when young soldiers find out how much these guys make they go over to the other side, after all there is no AWOL, there is less court marshal, they have better equipment, etc. etc.

But I have never heard Bush/Shrub talk about this cost of the war, no wonder this war costs more than World War II, the only difference is less people have died here than in Vietnam.

The people will only hold on so long, especially when the Iraqui people do not want a democracy like the United States or even Britin, because these people are tribal so their loyalty is not to the state but to the individual warloards of their region, so until they think of themselves as one they will never get it together.

This country may have some problems but we do think of ourselves as Americans, no matter what religion or no matter where in the country.

This country started thinking not regional as before the Civil War.  After the Civil War this country came together as a whole.

Friends don't let dictators drive their democracy

Bush is like the belligerent drunk friend who keeps convincing us to let him take the wheel while our vehicle is going 90-to-nothing...and even though our automobile is almost totalled, and the remains of thousands of victims are splattered on the hood and windshield, the passengers just can’t find the guts to take the wheel back…
