“Blackwater and KBR take him out?” Sheesh!, next you’ll be saying Ken Lay’s heart attack was...., unnatural, and that Enron CEO Cliff Baxter didn’t *really* commit suicide.

Since all 3 of them are corporate whores or let me put it this way, beholding to corporations to tow the line for all requests and commands, the differences will be rather small. One may attack another country when another may actually pull some troops back home but the total rape of our democracy will continue unabated due to the corporations running a so called unfettered free enterprise edition of the criminal american economy.
With the arms and oil industries making out like bandits, no, they are in truth real bandits, the lust for a never ending open faucet of money will only grow stronger. Just like a germ that will cause an illness that will eventually kill the host.
This is definitely THE war that is transpiring on the major front of this world. Very very few people want all the money and to hell with the rest of the people because there are too many people on this planet for the ‘elites’ to enjoy life.
So do not look for much to change for the good no matter who gets in the white house just as the 2006 election showed that there is no real desire to change the status quo. Pelosi and Reid are 2 of the biggest traitors to this country next to w & dick & company. They may not have had the votes to change things but they damn sure had and have the power to deny the endless crap w & dick keep putting out to congress for their favorite contractors. Thanks Nancy and Harry for all the oversight and investigations you have bestowed on this administration.
Oh, if Obama gets the prize and actually makes serious efforts to stop all this criminal activity, don’t look for him to make it more than a year into office as the corporations have enough expertise in blackwater and kbr to take him out.

If Mr Fish can’t imagine a difference between a McCain Administration and a Democratic one, he sorely lacks imagination. A McCain White House would:

1. Almost immediately declare war on Iran, possibly with the use of nuclear weapons, justified as the only way to ensure the total destruction of non-existing nuclear facilities.

2. Would use the inevitable retaliatory terrorist attacks on US soil as an excuse to institute Martial Law, the only kind of law he recognizes.

This is one scenario I can’t see happening with either Obama or Hillary. Let’s be clear here: a McCain presidency is EVEN MORE DANGEROUS than Chimpy’s.

How can Obama be catagorized with the other candidates? If there is proof Obama is like the others I need to see it, or you “Knowledgeable” people who post here against him needs to prove what you mean when you accuse Obama of being for big business. I, as in Obama’s supporters) need to see proven ties with big money rather than vague statements discrediting him. I have read that alot of Obama’s money comes from grassroot everyday people giving 5 and 10 dollars to support a person whose words are inspirational to them.

There is no difference between the candidates whatsoever. They are all beholden to big Money/Business and do not care about the average
Joe/Jane.  That includes Mr. “Change” Obama. He is
a good orator and charasmatic but a real phony.
He will bring no change and busiess will be as usual.

I believe Obama is our best hope of the candidates left in the race.  He’s gotten people up off their butts and encouraged them not to be bystanders, but participants in our democracy and that is exactly what we need.  No single president will cure all our ills and save us.  We all need to keep speaking out and telling our representatives what we want… if we don’t get it, we’ll vote someone else in until we get what we want.  We can no longer sit back passively while our government is sold to the highest bidder, we need to use our voices and our vote to get what we want.

None of the candidates seem to want to put an end to war or to give up the executive “privileges” stolen by the present administration. And all seem to want to “change the world”.

Leave the world alone, guys. Clean up your own mess first and get back to us in, say, a hundred years.

Barack Obama told a rally in Madison, Wis., “This movement won’t stop until there’s change in Washington. Tonight, we’re on our way.”

translation: soon as we get into the white house it’ll be business as usual (i.e. the movement stops and change with it as soon as I get in).
