The stock market already got a stimulus package - but they’re still thinking about who else they might deign to bother to assist..... maybe, uhh.
A 3-in-one huge 0.75% reduction in interest rates means that the real interest rate after allowing for the inflation margin is only 1.0%!!!
That’s heading towards a Japan-style “carry trade” in the US$, ha ha. What happens next - a deflationary black hole???
