I am not going to repeat the rhetoric about all the things this administration has done. Most informed public know it already. However, an unspoken part of our government is the so-called “Black Budget Projects”, so named because they are not supposed to exist. In 1995 Geologist Phil Schneider employed by the federal government came public with a story of deep underground bases that had a military agenda. It cost him his life. Part of the agenda was civilian detention centers in the event of Martial Law. In 1995 it was said the U.S. had 120 of them all connected by railcars that ran on high speed magneto rails. Twelve years later no emergency shelter for us but the government sure has its underground cities waiting. Yeah it sounds like conspiracy theory stuff. However, Mt. Weather has been made classified again. FEMA has no clue on mass evacuations and they won’t until Cheney is gone from the picture.
