Anne Coulter is basically the political equivalent of Marilyn Manson—someone who makes her way by being outrageous and shocking because she really has nothing else to sell.  Entertainers like that (and what is Anne, really, but an entertainer?) have a short shelf-life because to keep the game rolling they have to keep pushing the envelope harder and harder, until they finally cross an invisible line and implode.

As much as I hate her viciousness, I really do have to tip my hat to her for making it last so long.  That takes talent and skill.  But she’s long since jumped the shark, and I think she’s one of the very few who don’t know it.

Funny, I’ve never heard anyone say they were a fan of hers. Anyone here ever hear of anyone say that?

Ann Coulter exploits a formula.  She makes her money appealing to immature and ignorant people.  I wouldn’t brag about being a fan of hers.  She is an obvious flamer.  Look at the way she puts on that snotty schoolgirl attitude and runs around the schoolyard doing her, “Na, na, na, na, na, na!  You can’t touch me!”

I couldn’t take her seriously enough to be upset.  I just think it’s unfortunate that people are wasting their precious time tuning into her – if they in fact do so seeking a constructive education.  On the other hand, if people find it funny to watch her rudeness stir up ire, the state of the union is partly what it is because of such “glamorized” childishness.  Heck, how do parents explain to their children Ann’s behavior?  Perhaps they could use Coulter as an example of how not to approach diplomacy, or how to get their sweet little faces punched in.

She’s not even a “boxer-feminist”. There’s really no printable description of her. The cartoon does it better than any.

I never knew what people were talking about when people talked about a boxer-wearing feminist, but that name fits Ann to a T!
Hey! Look at that lady over there!
Excuse me? But that’s no Lady, that Ann Coulter!!!
