Actually, it’s just a bit off.  The newly revised pledge,of which this quote is only one part, follows.

I pledge allegiance to the flag
Of the Due-blighted States of America,
And to the Republicans for richer stands.
One nation, under guard-invisible,
With libertine injustice for all.
