Does this president know how to run a war, I don’t think so, first of all Rumsfeld may have been the navy but was he talking to the generals who ran the ground war in Iraq, was Runsfeld really aware of the religion of the region that controlled politics as well as religion that violance was a segment of the religions of the region, I think that really these chickenhawks went to war with their own views and not the views of the region.
