As Harry Reid stop him before he destroys this country, the House of Representatives have the power of IMPEACHMENT, I REPEAT IMPEACHMENT and if this is not done this president might just as well declare Martial Law, and what if this madman does not step down from office, or he steals the election again and puts one of his friends in, this country is going to lose its democracy not that the capalist system was ever for the poor, but what is going to be lost is free speech the American People better wake up before it is too late.

Making Martial Law Easier
Published: February 19, 2007
“A disturbing recent phenomenon in Washington is that laws that strike to the heart of American democracy have been passed in the dead of night. So it was with a provision quietly tucked into the enormous defense budget bill at the Bush administration’s behest that makes it easier for a president to override local control of law enforcement and declare martial law.
The provision, signed into law in October, weakens two obscure but important bulwarks of liberty. One is the doctrine that bars military forces, including a federalized National Guard, from engaging in law enforcement. Called posse comitatus, it was enshrined in law after the Civil War to preserve the line between civil government and the military. The other is the Insurrection Act of 1807, which provides the major exemptions to posse comitatus. It essentially limits a president’s use of the military in law enforcement to putting down lawlessness, insurrection and rebellion, where a state is violating federal law or depriving people of constitutional rights.”
Have you heard one Democrat say a word about these ominous new laws?
Are we safe in assuming that Democrats will take action to prevent Bush from declaring Martial Law and effectively making himself dictator for life?
Do you sometimes suspect that Democrats and Republicans are doing a “Good Cop, Bad Cop,” routine on us?

I believe these Democrats are not the solution to problem before us. The majority of these democrats are in the pocket of the corporations and groups that are profiting from this war as well as the coming war with Iran. Very few of these “peoples representatives” have the courage to stand up for what is in the best interest for the country. They are more afraid of losing their job than they are of losing our freedom, liberty, and ultimately our country.
War is over if you want.
How much do “we the people” care?
If actions speak louder than words,
where is the “action”?
I think “we the people” have to take action on this before these madmen destroy our world.
Silence is not an option.
Silence is what these madmen want from you.
Republicans are the problem.

You have the right people on the back of the train, but your depiction of bush as the Engineer is wrong. The engineer is the majority of the American people. This train is heading in a new direction. bush should have been depicted as standing along the side of the rails waving Bye-bye.

If the Democrats don’t want to be derailed in ‘08, they better wake-up and become more decisive in ‘07.
