The main reason why women decide not to marry is even though we are somewhat liberated, the men still think it is a big deal just to take out the garbage or to pick up Johnny/Jane from the babysitter, I bet most of them go home and ask the working to do the cooking and then the cleaning up, when the job of raising the children and sharing equally in the housework is done maybe the marriage rate will pick up. 

Women have changed but most men have not.

This is my look at a working women, maybe a few have stepped up to the plate but women have to be treated as more than just a pretty picture.
