Pennsylvania is allready having a problem with too much water, of course spring time does bring rain but if La. gets hit again with devestating hurricane again this year, will the people (Bush Administration) order more studies on the program and do something or put his head in the sand, I know that he is helping the people who put him in office, but global will affect people rich and poor, and there will be more children born with defects more people dying when there is a severe heat wave in Chigaco, I could go on and on but I really dont have to preach to the choir.
