About the Author
Reese Erlich is a freelance print and broadcast journalist who reports regularly for National Public Radio, Marketplace Radio, Latino USA, Radio Deutche Welle, Australian Broadcasting Corp. Radio and Canadian Broadcasting Corp. Radio. Erlich has been a media critic for San Francisco's KQED-FM (NPR affiliate) since 1988.
Erlich co-authored with Norman Solomon the best-selling “Target Iraq: What the News Media Didn’t Tell You” (Context Books, 2003). He wrote “The Iran Agenda: The Real Story of US Policy and the Middle East Crisis” (Polipoint Press 2007).
His new book, "Dateline Havana: The Real Story of US Policy and the Future of Cuba," was published in January 2009.
