‘Colbert Report’: Jon Kyl Has a Vestigial Tail

Note: That headline was not intended to be a factual statement. Rather, it is picking up on what Sen. Jon Kyl put down when he vastly overstated the percentage of Planned Parenthood’s budget that goes to providing abortions. To Kyl’s figures, Stephen Colbert retorts: “Over 90 percent—that is unbelievable, in that it is not true.” Burn!
