‘Colbert Report’: An Epilogue for the Cain Campaign

How much can change in a few short days during campaign season. It wasn’t long ago that an erstwhile pizza man came within range of the GOP nomination despite his alleged proclivity for exploring the family values of women other than his wife. But now, as Stephen Colbert laments in this clip from Monday’s “Colbert Report,” Herman Cain has ended his campaign. “That is a shame,” says Colbert. “He touched so many people.”  —KA
