Since President Barack Obama has reportedly decided to linger in Washington for a few more days to make sure Congress passes a health care bill before Christmas Day, he has a little time to play with, or so it would seem, given his cheeky call to outgoing Virginia Gov. Tim Kaine on Tuesday’s “Ask the Governor” radio segment on the WTOP news station in Kaine’s home state.
Ineffectively disguising his identity as “Barry From D.C.,” Obama called in to jokingly ask the governor “some questions about traffic in Northern Virginia.” The president went on to thank Gov. Kaine for his years of service in office. —KA
