Victoria Jackson, “SNL” throwback and low-rent Lady Gaga, took another big misstep in her troubling transition from comedy to punditry with this Shariah-themed episode of “PolitiChicks,” which would play like self-parody if Jackson had the capacity for critical self-reflection. But hey, there’s a token woman of color among her cohort of She-publicans, so it can’t be that bad, can it? Oh yes it can.  —KA
