Here the president’s Freudian slip is caught on tape in all its awkwardness. Also, it turns out Bush had to be prodded by Condoleezza Rice and wife Laura into making the state dinner a “white tie” affair. Apparently the idea that dinner with the queen should be a formal occasion escaped the man.
