In the most recent ‘Real Time with Bill Maher’, actor Richard Dreyfuss pretty much took over the show and gave the country a lesson in civics. Referring to the fact that politics and news have been hijacked as mere sources of entertainment, he says “we confuse the melodrama of incivility with how public issues are discussed”.
