Stephen Colbert Spent All Weekend Watching the Sochi Olympics, and Here Are His Only Complaints

The murky (and possibly deadly) hotel water and the U.S. bobsledder who had to break out of his bathroom are not worthy of the pundit’s attention. Instead, Colbert has a bone to pick with Vladimir Putin over Ronald Reagan’s absence in the scenes from Russia’s history portrayed in the opening ceremonies. But that’s not quite as irritating to the late night show host as, you guessed it, “the gays ... threatening to ruin the Sochi games.” Will his anger motivate him to fly to Russia to quiet the protesters? Well, not quite.
