Stephen Colbert Says Goodbye: ‘I’ve Won Television’

Posted on Apr 24, 2014

“Almost nine years ago, I promised to change the world, and together, I did it,” says Stephen Colbert, still in character as his self-obsessed conservabot doppelganger, while dropping in to rub it in on his onetime mentor Jon Stewart’s “Daily Show” on Wednesday night.
