‘SNL’ Spoofs Romney Election Loss

The presidential election can officially be put to rest now that “Saturday Night Live” has had the chance to weigh in. In Saturday’s opening skit, a pensive and reflective Mitt Romney (played by Jason Sudeikis) drowns his election night sorrows with 10 gallons of milk while his wife and adult children try to console him.

The best part of the skit is when Karl Rove (Bobby Moynihan) comes out and tells Romney he still thinks the Republican White House candidate can win Ohio. “Look, now may not be the best time, but, uh, could I borrow $300 million?” Rove asks, alluding to how much money groups he backed spent in the 2012 election.

Mitt’s reaction: priceless.
