Abby Martin of Kremlin-funded Russia Today has had a whirlwind couple of days, and she seems to have come out on top.

After criticizing Moscow’s sort-of invasion of Ukraine, Martin was invited to take a slow boat to Crimea. She declined, she says, and has kept her job.

In the video below, Martin says she was particularly impressed with Glenn Greenwald’s reaction to her comments, as he was the only major public figure who seemed to pick up on her criticism of the U.S. “I speak out against military intervention every single day on this show,” Martin said. “And I have been speaking out about the U.S.’ involvement in Ukraine since the beginning. And none of those comments have ever made waves in [the] mainstream.”
