Ambassador Tom and the Mortgaged Youth are sick and tired of your black president talking down to little girls and the Supreme Court. They just want their freedom back, America.

No, that isn’t Jeff Van Gundy in a mime shirt conservative-rocking out in the clip below. It appears to be Tom Schweich, the Tom Schweich running for Missouri auditor. The same Tom Schweich who calls himself “Ambassador Tom” because, according to his website, President George W. Bush “accorded him a rare honor—the rank of Ambassador.”

The song is called “Gimme Back My Freedom” (because proper spelling is for terrorists).

You think you’re so smart
That you can run my life
Well I don’t need your help
And neither does my wife

Bailouts and debt
They got me feelin dissed
Sellin’ out my son to Chinese communists

I don’t like it
I won’t take it
With God’s help, yeah
We’re gonna make it

Refrain
Gimme back my freedom
Or I’m gonna fight
I don’t need your handouts
I just want my rights
[repeat]

Oooh hoo (yeah yeah), all right
Are you ready to fight?
[repeat]

We work real hard
For all we have achieved
And we love every life
From the day it was conceived
We don’t bow
To hateful foreign kings
We don’t apologize
And we don’t kiss their rings

I don’t like it
I won’t take it
With God’s help, yeah
We’re gonna make it

Refrain

You talk way down
To everyone it seems
From small town girls
to the United States Supremes
We’re on to you
So get off of your tower
My Constitution says
The people have the power

I don’t like it
I won’t take it
With God’s help, yeah
We’re gonna make it

How much would you like to bet that Obama can run intellectual (including common sense) circles around the dear Ambassador, and his freedom.

I think the Hispanics in Arizona can rightly sing that song.

I do not believe that President Obam is more intelligent, unless you equate intelligence with rhetorical cleverness. But well spoken he is, as he paid to homage to America’s great religious fraud, the ever-so Reverend Billy Graham, and his devoutly intolerant son Franklin.
As for this lame so-called protest song. It is good that Ambassador Tom does not want any handouts, because the Wall Street crowd has first take on that monetary action.

What a sad and sorry place America has become.
Of course most of what the song complains about is due to the previous administration. No matter, these people are simple and ready to fight…

It’s true.  Conservatives are angry that not only is the president a black man, but he is more intelligent and well spoken than they are.

Give me my freedom back?  Who took that away, pray tell?  Maybe you mean, ‘give me my country back’?  You know, give it back to us middle class white guys, so that we can feel special again.
