Obama Gives Boehner, Reid an Earful on DeadlockPosted on Dec 21, 2011
So here we are, well into the thick of the holiday season, and no agreement has been reached on Capitol Hill about extending unemployment benefits and keeping payroll taxes from sudden escalation as the new year begins. Thus, President Obama dialed up a couple of key members of Congress, as spokesman Jay Carney described Wednesday. Abolish Congress and start again. There is no bigger group of crooks, liars and reprobates in the world. They are shameless, lawless and godless, whatever they claim for public consumption. They have made corruption not only an art form but the norm. The only hope for America is for them all to be voted out and the entire political culture to be altered to one that exists for the public good and not for the enrichment and amusement of rich sycophants who are war mad and incorrigibly amoral.

It’s disgusting that the first time Obama manages to get tough is in support of a policy that will defund social security and medicare. Now he’s standing by his position, now he won’t back down. This tax cut does one thing only: radically slashes the funds going into social security and medicare to give both parties a better excuse to claim “they’re broke,” and eliminate both programs in the future. I’m sickened by this nonsense and in particular by all the liberals who just refuse to see what’s really going on.

Unemployment benefits are actually being cut, even if they pass this bill.
Obama plans to do away with Extended Benefits, cutting 20 weeks off for the needy.
