Conservative radio icon Rush Limbaugh is no stranger to saying controversial and outlandish things, but he might have outdone himself with his latest conspiracy theory.

On his radio broadcast Wednesday, Limbaugh pushed his “off the wall” theory that al-Qaida purposely allowed American soldiers to kill 9/11 mastermind Osama bin Laden to help keep President Obama in the White House because it helps “further the cause.”
