David Winston in typical Republican fashion had to drop the pseudo fact that
during the Clinton Administration when the tax rates went down the budget was
balanced. Someone just once ask these types to have an accountant verify their
crap. He even had the year wrong for when the budget became balanced under
Clinton. Matt was there and he knows this. Amazing how they keep repeating the
lie and it only takes the 20% to 30% lunatic fringe to believe this to give them their
power.
