“This present booga booga against Iran is in my opinion a bone we are again throwing to the oil and arms companies and not to mention the various levels of Wall Street speculators. “
A agree with PatrickHenry’s above statement and double down on the idea that Speculation plays a big part in what we pay at the pimp.
Obama could drop the price of Gas by about $1.50 per gallon tomorrow by signing an order requiring that his buddies on Wall Street be required to take delivery of the tankers full of oil they are holding off the market.

Re: Blackspeare’s comment
The America that you long to regain never existed.
Report thisBefore WWII, most people lived on farms. The labour
that the wife (and the children) contributed was
crucial to the success of the farm. Teen pregnancy is
as old as humanity itself. In America, until recent
decades, a pregnant daughter was hidden from view.
Perhaps, she might be put in a home for unwed mothers
and lose her child to adoption. Poverty, too, is
hardly unique to the 21st century. What about all
those freed slaves? Gays were underground, but it
cannot be said they lived happy lives. Crime? Al
Capone; Billy the Kid; Jesse James; Pretty Boy Floyd.
Crime is not new either. What you long for, my
friend, is a fantasy.

If the U.S. withdrew from the mideast tomorrow, especially away from Iran, gas price would fall. The military burns approximately 11 million gallon per day, putting a large dent in this would help.
The U.S. doesn’t buy oil from Iran, yet our U.S. oil companies raise prices on oil derived off of public lands to sell to those countries who buy Iranian oil.
This present booga booga against Iran is in my opinion a bone we are again throwing to the oil and arms companies and not to mention the various levels of Wall Street speculators.

Why don’t we force all the american made oil and all it’s by-product’s be sold and used right here in the USA instead of shipping oil over sea’s?It make’s absolutely no sense to import one drop more then we absolutely have too.

The USA, as a whole, is losing traction as to what is right and the GOP is just trying
Report thisto regain that foothold. All the GOP wants to do is return the USA to a saner time
when there was only one breadwinner in the family, the husband. There was no
teen pregnancy or crime or poor people, and immigrants worked hard and didn’t
ask for welfare and had the decency to speak English and abortion was a dirty word.
But, above all, queers stayed in the closet and said nothing. What is so bad with
that vision of life in the USofA???
