John Boehner. Just kidding, he’s the person directly above El Chapo, the notorious Mexican drug trafficker who was recently caught after a 13-year hunt, on Forbes’ 2014 “Most Powerful People in the World” list. Yes, that’s right, Joaquin Guzman Loera—known as El Chapo to most—is only slightly less influential than the head of the U.S. House of Representatives, falling at No. 67 on the list.

And while Boehner has been responsible for harming the lives of many U.S. residents, the drug dealer was a far more dangerous man, having reportedly killed more Americans than Osama bin Laden.

Watch as the “Daily Show” host excitedly explains the importance of El Chapo’s capture, only to deflate as he realizes that this man’s imprisonment will lead to only more drug-related violence.
