Jon Stewart Bashes Media for Ignoring the Midterms in Favor of 2016 Presidential Election

Why does no one seem to care that a very important midterm election is mere months away? The “Daily Show” host runs through media clips that seem to touch upon everything and anything related to 2016 and beyond, so long as it has nothing to do with the present or near future.

But if some of these predictions come to fruition and Jeb Bush and Hillary Clinton both run for the presidency in a couple of years, there’s only one thing to say and Stewart says it: “Thank God we fought a bloody war against England so that political power would no longer be consolidated in but one family because, to my mind, two just makes sense.”
