Jesus Doesn’t Want Mike Huckabee to Be President ... Yet

Fox News rocker Mike Huckabee says of his decision not to run for the presidency in 2012, “I don’t fully understand it myself,” but it has something to do with being “a believer and a follower of Jesus Christ” and not having the confidence of “God’s full blessing.” Or it could be that Obama killed Osama and this one’s in the bag.  —PZS

I normally don’t comment on individual politicians because unfortunately most are now tarred with the same brush, greed & deceit.
However there is something about this Huckabee that sets off alarm bells within me, my impression of people has only let me down a couple of times in my 50 odd years & that was because I didn’t take the time to delve but I’m affraid you’d have to be a very trusting person maybe even foolish to tell this Huckabee anything in confidence that you didn’t want repeated or to entrust anything to him. I feel nothing would be off limits with him if he thought he would gain from it.
In my book life has taught me if you can’t trust a person to do this very simple thing you can’t trust them at all.
My advice would be tread warily with this one.
Good luck all

Christian96, the Bible provides the % of pretend christians. Of the 9 christian churches originally established only 2 carried the true teaching of the Christ,  Smyrna and Philadelphia. The other 7 were bogus. This is about 82% of the churches with false christian doctrines and that % would still be valid today.

The Huckster had already said he was blessed by israel and would do their bidding.  But in the end, he was cast aside by the power brokers and media folks.  His social conservatism is the usual meat for the masses.  It serves as a distraction to allow the plutocrats to keep on stealing.

Since when is doing what your boss tells you to do, related with being a “follower of Jesus Christ” ?

christian96, Our anniversary is in December, and my wife insisted on going someplace hot, ‘and staying for at least a week’. But she managed to force the oven door open and get out by noon of the second day,

So Jesus won’t let Huckabee run for president but has no problem with him playing
bass for Ted Nugent. I think Jesus is totally F-ing with Mikey.

christian96, Isn’t every TruthDig column dedicated to joke-telling?

Bogi666—-Sadly, the number of “pretend Christians”
grows daily.  It’s one of Satan’s strategies.  Put
out enough “pretend Christians” and people won’t
believe the real McCoy.  I’m 71.  Mother Teresa
comes as close to a real Christian as I’ve encountered throughout my life.  She truly denied
self to serve others.  Not too many of those around
especially in Washington. My formative years were
spent about 75 miles south of Pittsburgh.  KDKA
in Pittsburgh use to have a radio program titled
“Let’s Pretend.”  I’ve often thought of that title
as I watch the Christian deceivers on television.
I’m not a Catholic but thought quite highly of Mother
Teresa.  We need many more of her kind.

I sent the joke about taking my wife into the kitchen to my buddy in the Rotary Club in Ohio.
He sent back an e-mail that read, “My wife asked
me to take her somewhere expensive for our 25th
anniversary.  So I took her to a gas station.”  With
the world falling apart we need a little humor. Maybe
it would be a good idea for truthdig to set apart a
column where people could just send jokes.

Huckster has made a believer out of me and God used the Huckster to provide US with an example of the pretend christians. Huckster wouldn’t even take responsibility for this decision and in true pretend christian fashion attributed his decision to god. This is in accordance with the false doctrine’s of the pretend christians, “I’m not responsible, god told me to do it and/or Satan made me do it but I’m not responsible”. Now was it Satan that told Huckster to run or to not run for president? Blessing and curses do not both come out of God’s mouth. I’ll take it that Satan made Huckster run for president and God used the Huckster to provide an example of pretend christains and their hypocrisy. Thanks God.

Mike Huckabee is nuts! Plain and simple, the man is bat shit crazy! I guess this bozo will know when the myth reveals the proper time via the eviscerated entrails of some poor stray animal gleefully provided by his eagle scout sonnyboy! America, be aware of the rise of our own domestically raised Nazis called republicans fronted by their t-bagger thugs!

I saw Brother Huck open his wallet the other day.  And lo and behold there in the fold was his heart chortling incessantly,  “Don’t run!  Don’t Run!”

Ya gotta remember that Jesus’ Old Man is omniscient, and hands out lots of advice, so ‘He’ probably told Jesus to hold-off on making The Huckster president until the US is so effed-up that it couldn’t get any worse, so Jesus wouldn’t have yet another terrible burden to bear.

Hang in there, Hucky, your time is comin’ soon.

Huckabee is well aware that it’s better to keep his nice Fox paycheck than to not just take on Obama, but also Republicans like Newt Gingrich, who’s a despicable creature, but certainly a more dangerous, able foe than Huckabee.

As for the American people, if they reelect Obama based soley on his Wild West killing of Bin Laden, then we are truly just all fools.
