Jeremy Scahill on America’s Covert War in YemenPosted on Mar 22, 2011
“Democracy Now!” correspondent Jeremy Scahill says that the “Obama administration has really escalated the covert war inside of Yemen” and “it could get much worse if Ali Abdullah Saleh decides to unleash the U.S.-trained counterterrorist units on his own population.” Advertisement New and Improved CommentsWe are launching a major overhaul of our comments section. Report thisThis shows not the ineptness of o as a president but his
complicity of furthering agendas fomented as far back as
anyone can tell to wwll. Keeping o in the white house in 2012
will assure the degradation the u.s., except for those well
connected and funded by MIC wall street connections.
Everybody else will just have to ‘tough it’. It will further secure
the military as a tool of the imperial u.s. and nothing to do
with ‘keeping america safe’.

It continues to be very disturbing that the empires response to the Wikileaks revelations of misconduct is to double down on that bad conduct. Not a single apology or amendment of such bad behavior has come of it, only further entrenchment by the corrupt power structure is observed.

hello. GoldenSacks has been brewing this war for a
Report thisyear. they are too greedy to allow Russia to dominate
European natural gas contracts, and those Russians are
too unreliable (play along). they will send in our
military at the first opportunity, to secure the vast
natural gas resources (contracts)of Yemen. it is all
about Wall Street using our military for profit. the
people of Yemen mean less than those of Libya.
