Inauguration 2013: Obama Stumbles Over Presidential Oath Again

What is it with President Obama and taking the oath of office? For the second time in as many inaugurations, the president flubbed the oath (albeit just slightly this time), getting tripped up over—of all portions—the “office of the President of the United States” part. 

Unlike in 2009, when Chief Justice John Roberts was mostly to blame, this one was all on Obama.

Still, that one small mess up aside, it was a vast improvement over the previous one.
