How to Act Human: Advice for Mitt RomneyPosted on May 20, 2012
Actor with a capital “A” James Lipton has a master class for the presidential contender: “Since politics and performance have become pretty much fused, and since you’ve been criticized by some for not coming across as authentic to your public, maybe we can sort of work on that today.” —PZS Advertisement Previous item: ‘Left, Right & Center’: Facebook Goes Public Next item: Scenes of Protest and Dedication From the NATO Summit New and Improved CommentsIf you have trouble leaving a comment, review this help page. People like this actor will decide who becomes President, SAG (Screen Actor’s Guild) sums it up, card-carrying policy makers! Without watching (I never watch motion imagery), but listening, I noticed that I have been correct, Hollywood simply will NOT permit a Mormon to be President! Notice the dig he got in at religion. I’m so glad for Obama that should this performance be typical, and it seems reasonable to conclude it is, the actors are deeply disgusted by Romney, harboring quiet anger at him because he refuses to “sell his soul” for his ambitions, as all actors do! As I calculated, L.A. has “balanced the vote” now, for maximum excitement and maximum campaign spending on television ads, and now we hear them preparing to tip the election to Obama (whom they hate a little less) in the final weeks of campaign.

This is shaping up to be very similar to a Star Trek Next Generation, episode,
where Jordie tries to explain to DATA, what a feeling is..
Data is puzzled by Jordie’s explanations, and wants some clear cut examples, of
exactly what he means…..
At this point counselor Troy, enters and says, ” you know Jordie, that acting like a
human, and being humane are two different things”. ..
Now both of them, including Jordie are totally confused.
But counselor Troy explains, “thinking and feeling are not the same, both
processes are different.” ” It’s true some people are so intellectual, they have
forgotten how to feel and respond from an emotional perspective, they substitute
intellectual responses for emotional ones. But there is a distinct difference”.
Oh I get it says Jordie….acting as if one feels, does not mean that one is feeling…
“Right, you got it”, says counselor Troy….
Poor DATA will just never understand, maybe that new chip in his head will
