‘Family Guy’ Makes Not-So-Subtle Fun of Palin ClanPosted on Feb 15, 2010
Politicians try all the time to use popular culture to their tactical advantage, but attempting to tweet their way into the hearts of Americans can invite certain pop-cultural comebacks. Consider this clip from Sunday’s “Family Guy” episode, in which a certain former governor of Alaska is referenced in a rather provocative fashion. —KA Advertisement New and Improved CommentsIf you have trouble leaving a comment, review this help page. “Family Guy”, like Rush Limbaugh and Tweetybird Matthews, plumbs the lowest depths of ignorance in search of the lowest common denominator. Sarah Palin should not deign to notice such rubbish.

I guess Ms.Palin wouldn’t want to join me and my daughter when we dance to the Black Eyed Peas song “Let’s Get Retarded” either.

Family Guy is a great show. I saw the show Sunday and the reference to Palin and laughed. Palin is just milking the mindless US media to stay in the spotlight because there was no insult to her or Trig on the show.
Personally, the idea that a nitwit like Palin could have been on a Presidential ticket and a senile old man like McCain selected her without doing the least bit of checking is the real joke - and it is on Americans.

Wonder what Sarah would have thought of the TV series, “Life Goes On”, no doubt she would have complained about that too, you betcha. For her to get all bent out of shape about what others say, even when they are not referring to her or the child she says is hers(?), shows she is not capable of handling even minute situations or problems. What ever would happen if this totally unqualified person were to get into the W.H. in 2012? Besides starting all kinds of problems like more wars with other countries, the total go ahead of Wall Street and MIC and big corps and making mountains out of mole hills as she does now, she will create massive disasters and then up and quit, just as she has as wife/mother, school board member, mayor, governor etc…
Infinityzero: I thought the name Trig was short for trigger and don’t forget her oldest sons name, Track. Big hint here to all those who want weird names for their progeny. If you don’t want people to make fun of your kids, don’t give them stupid names, you got that Sarah?

Well Sarah, I have to admit. It was pretty retarded of you to name your kid “Trig” anyhow. Especially when there is no way your kid would be able to understand Trigonometry…
LOL!

As usual I don’t understand why ANYONE finds The Family Guy funny. It’s not that I’m offended at the Down Syndrome reference, I’m offended that it’s just not funny.
