Here’s some shocking news: Certain members of the U.S. Senate may be employing stalling tactics to make sure their version of the highly contested health care reform legislation, should it ever see the light of day, takes freaking forever to create. This could explain why Sen. George Voinovich not only invoked a moral fable that we all know very well during his turn in last weekend’s scintillating Senate debate, but he also felt the need to tell the story in full. This could take a while, ladies and germs.  —KA
