Hey wow, President Obama has a new plan to give America “the best infrastructure in the world”—just in time for the 2010 midterm elections! Is this at all exciting or effective? And do the Democrats have a snowball’s chance in H-E-double-hockey-sticks this fall? Jon Stewart sounds a little skeptical about Obama’s strategy in this clip from Tuesday’s “Daily Show,” which also features a fantastic performance from Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer.  —KA
