Despite the collective outrage and alarm of noted hip-hop scholars Sean Hannity, Glenn Beck and Sarah Palin, the artist known as Common turned up on Wednesday to perform a spoken word piece at a celebration of poetry at the White House. OK- so all you other whities are afraid to touch this. It was lame! Spoken word
Report thisdoesn’t do much for me when song is much more effective. Yes it was a “poetry”
event. So Christ is coming? Is Common going to hook up with Harold Camping
next? To me his pitch was just jive- I hear it all the time in Philly.
