Beck and Colbert
colbertnation.com

As usual, Glenn Beck exhibits an, um, unusual political sensibility in his analysis of Barack Obama’s West Point speech and the president’s plan to send 30,000 more American troops to Afghanistan. Luckily, Stephen Colbert is on hand to translate Beck’s logic puzzles with the help of his other favorite plastic friends, GI Joe and My Little Pony.  —KA

Beck’s disgusting rants against our President are shameful. People should boycott
any remaining sponsors of his vile program.

No Mr. Beck.  It is the generals who takes orders from the President.  I think you should look up “commander-in-chief” and find out what this title means.

I must admit that I am a little surprised that Glenn, as a true-blue red-blooded patriotic traditionalist nationalist American he purports himself to be, was not aware that the President is not obligated to listen to any miltary personnel whatsover.  As commander-in-chief, matters of war and peace are decided by the President - not the generals.  Regardless of expertise in regards to position.

This is just one of many demonstrations made by Glenn Beck as to his lack of qualifications for being on prime time TV and the radio.
