‘Colbert Report’: Fed’s DeadPosted on Dec 9, 2009
Do Americans really need to know how sausage gets made over at the Federal Reserve? As Stephen Colbert points out, there may be a little pig rectum in the mix, but as long as the Fed’s minions are allowed to perform their secret rituals, which may or may not involve ritual chicken slaughter, we all profit in the end, no? —KA Colbert Nation:

Agree with your sentiments liecatcher, but not your numbers. The number of people that are fully aware of what the 100% privately owned, 100% offshore controlled, 100% reserve-less holding company known as the Federal Reserve is is growing exponentially.

Read it. Fully 75% of Americans want to audit the fed. Five years ago nobody knew that the Fed was in no way a government agency, in no way owned or controlled by the government, not scrutable or responsible to any branch of government, and in no way in possession of any sort of reserves. We’ve come a long way baby. We’re winning this thing, big time. Don’t sell us short. (But don’t get me wrong, I’m with you on getting back to lawful money created constitutionally at the state level…if we destroy the Fed we destroy the whole nasty banking hegemony almost overnight PROVIDING we don’t replace it with a f***ing global fed or some s**t like that!)
