‘Colbert Report’: An Epilogue for the Cain CampaignPosted on Dec 6, 2011
How much can change in a few short days during campaign season. It wasn’t long ago that an erstwhile pizza man came within range of the GOP nomination despite his alleged proclivity for exploring the family values of women other than his wife. But now, as Stephen Colbert laments in this clip from Monday’s “Colbert Report,” Herman Cain has ended his campaign. “That is a shame,” says Colbert. “He touched so many people.” —KA Colbert Nation: The Colbert Report Advertisement Previous item: New Documentary Confronts Military Rape Next item: America, Meet the Mouth of John Burton New and Improved CommentsWe are launching a major overhaul of our comments section. Way too much fun! Really liked the video.
Our country does have real challenges, however, and we’ll probably all be better off to have a less interesting candidates who would allow to discuss real issues.
