Feeling defensive maybe?
This is really amusing, its as if it is part of the movie or something. Supposedly real life news people discussing the evilness of a movie villain. Certainly down the spiral into coo coo land.
That one lady with the black hair says “I thought the muppets were supposed to be about sharing. . .”
Report thisExactly! Sharing, that most basic of human values we are taught from the earliest age. A value Fox news rallies against as evil on a daily basis. Sharing is for poor people anyway.

Good luck trying to topple the popularity of the Muppets, Fox! Kermit and Piggie are going black ops on your sorry asses!
It’s truly a testament to how absurd “mainstream” can get when properly funded. Fox Spews just continues to redefine the outer edge of insanity and disconnection from reality. The big problem is that they help to create an alternate reality that hugely impacts the real one, much to the chagrin of civilized people around the world. Every week, I keep wondering how bad it has to get before there is true open revolt. OWS is a good start…god knows I want to see it grow and evolve…but in the grander scheme of our age, the towers must fall before we can create a better civilization.

Anyone who asks “What’s wrong with being rich?” at this late date in history is not functioning on all circuits. When the ratio is 99% poor suffering to keep 1% rolling in dough, it’s past time for somebody to let the kids in on the facts of life in contemporary fairyland. Bluebeard Lives! Wolves are eating Grandmother! A lot of Old Women don’t even have Shoes to live in. And the Little Boy Who is supposed to Look After the Sheep has been tasered by a witless Arm of the Law somewhere west of Hoboken while the family banker was knocking on their front door with eviction papers.

OMG, this does it. Fox News has finally gone off the deep end. By confusing a simple children’s tale with propaganda (and who does propaganda better than Fox), Fox is making a big deal out of….well, nothing. It’s a children’s tale, folks. Children’s stories, and this one is structured like a fairy tale, revolve around conflict, problem-solving, and overcoming an enemy. The enemy is frequently a rich, devious person and the latest muppet movie is no exception. Why? Rich, devious people make great villains. If I had a dime for every story that used this plot device, I would be the richest person on earth. Get off it, Fox. Let the children enjoy their stories (it’s a great movie BTW)and you can continue to do your twisted slant on the news as you see fit. But leave my muppets alone, you hear!
