Cheney Hides in the Bushes

Cheney

Not to pile on, but there’s something about Dick Cheney’s gruff personality that invites awkward and amusing moments. If you don’t want to be compared to the emperor from “Star Wars,” it’s probably best not to act like such a menacing puppet master.

Thanks to Crooks and Liars for originally finding and documenting this bizarre scene.

A successful coup d’etat to oust these outrageous kakistocrats(Greek for worst citizens)might just be in order since impeachment clearly isn’t.

Gee, I assumed he was providing Bush with his talking points. Watch and see his mouth moving every time Bush starts stumbling over his words.

The fact that Cheney, in all his physical and political corpulence, is a deterrent to Bush’s impeachment has been cravenly attested to by that beacon of Democratic principle, Joe Biden. Biden actually said “Most people don’t want Bush impeached?” Anyway, he added, “then we would have President Cheney.” Way to go Joe, you used the lamest excuse to give a free ride to this pair of dictator wannbes. They’re on the same impeachment ticket, as far as a majority in America are concerned.

From Louise #62577:

“Could have been an uncomfortable attack of flatulence. Which would explain his distancing himself from the president.”

Yeah, he’s now the “butt” of the “fart” jokes that the “Distasteful Dubya” seems to get off joking about.

Were his lips moving?

Perhaps a tad, for just a second, followed by a slight body movement. Could have been an uncomfortable attack of flatulence. Which would explain his distancing himself from the president.

Or, being requested to do so.

For a slightly different perspective on Cheney hiding, visit http://www.michaelmoore.com/ and scroll down to picture of Bush crossing porch to podium (and cameras of course) and Cheney peeking out the door.

While you’re there, might as well click on Joe Biden’s “Dick Cheney” Excuse for Inaction.
http://www.michaelmoore.com/words/latestnews/index.php ?id=9527

“Biden says Bush could be impeached, but calls step impractical”

“DES MOINES, Iowa (AP) - Senator Joe Biden says that a case could be made to impeach President Bush but that such a step would be politically impractical. Besides, he says, that would create President Dick Cheney.

(Solve Joes problem, http://www.afterdowningstreet.org/cheney
Impeach Cheney!)

Biden, a Delaware Democrat running for president, told students at Drake University Law School in Iowa today that most Americans wouldn’t want to impeach Bush.”

Say WHAT?

Apparently Biden has not heard from most Americans.
Should we make some noise?

Perhaps we need to let Biden know.
Yes, we do want to impeach Bush!
And, it is possible to impeach Cheney as well!

And one other thing!
If this guy Biden doesn’t understand how to do that, he has no business running for the office of president of the United States!

We want someone SMART in the White House for a change!
Safe to say we’ve all had enough of that other stuff!

It seems that the “lighteningrod” position is being used less than sparingly lately.

While this was briefly reversed under Clinton (president was the lighteningrod here)
The choices of Dan Quail, George Bush Sr. & Nelson Rockefeller invited assaults from within and without the party’s faithful. Even Lyndon Johnson, Richard Nixon and Harry Truman served as lighteningrods for their respectice presidents.

Cheney is just doing his preordained dance.

Nice video, Thanks cspan.
Cheney will be speaking at BYU campus in Provo, Utah on April 26, 2007. Students have already begun staging protests.

Surely there will be a protest in Salt Lake City as well.

Comparing Cheney to Emperor Palpatine is a little bit off in my opinion.  He has an uncanny resemblance to Jabba the Hut.  Both in demeanor and in his gruff semi intelligible speech.  GeeDoubleYa is more essentially like that little creature that scurfs around the flatulence of his master.

Looks like he’s put on a little weight. Too much time sitting in the bunker, not enough exercise and sunlight?

Once again - for the umpteenth time - George W. Bush is being audaciously disingenuous.  If he gets his way, those families that he feigns empathy for will NEVER come home.
