Brown, Whitman Wrangle Over ‘Whore’ ZingerPosted on Oct 13, 2010
It’s perhaps commendable that repeat California gubernatorial hopeful Jerry Brown didn’t try to avoid the subject during Tuesday night’s debate or deny the existence of his aide’s “whore” slur directed at Republican rival Meg Whitman. Whitman wasn’t having it when it came to any attempt to brush off or downplay the incident. “I think every Californian, and especially women, know exactly what’s going on here,” she shot back. But Brown was ready for her! Here’s the stilted exchange below. —KA YouTube: Advertisement Previous item: Run and Tell That, Christine O'Donnell Next item: O'Reilly's Views on Islam Spark Walk-Offs on 'The View' New and Improved CommentsWe are launching a major overhaul of our comments section. After Arnold who had looks, personality and a bit of the Kennedy magic, we have choice between an ugly, overweight dragon lady and the perennial insider Moonbeam Brown (son of a former Governor). Where are the attractive, articulate, charismatic females, they are all over California, except on the ballot

Typical Governor Moonbeam and trivial at best. When Whitman notes that slurs have no place in politics she ignores the fact that her ads, from day one, have been exactly that, slurs, lies, innuendos and insults.
I am no subscriber to the “lesser of two evils” voting practice, as I have stated here numerous times. My absentee ballot reflects this belief in its heavily weighted preference for Green Party or Peace and Freedom Party choices. However, when it came time to choose a vote for Governor, I voted emphatically against Whitman and her spending of well over one hundred million dollar effort to buy the office. I voted for Brown ( Moonbeam).

I went to K through 12 in California when Jerry Brown was governor. Jerry Brown cares alot, and has great love for the common man, woman ,and child of California. Meg Whitman appears out for herself, and can care less about the ordinary common people of California.

Meg with her bland talking points, saying nothing while stalking many words, indifferent to those in lower tax brackets and who cannot purchase elections.
Jerry with his off-the-cuff, sounds like he came out of a bar discourse, pedigreed politico resume.
Uh… who else is running for governor?
Do we really need one of those?
