Boehner: Time to Stop Playing ‘Political Games’ With the Tax Cut BillPosted on Feb 15, 2012
To hear House Speaker John Boehner tell it, as he does in this clip, the “political games” that were clearly happening in recent months over the payroll tax cut and jobless benefits bill that’s now en route to passage were all coming from the Democratic side. Boehner let fly with this little rhetorical gem Wednesday, as congressional approval ratings plummeted to 10 percent. —KA AP via YouTube: Advertisement New and Improved CommentsIf you have trouble leaving a comment, review this help page. You can tell it’s an election year, can’t you? Nice
Report thisgoing, Boner. How does finally passing a bill which was
supported by Democrats all along prove that they were
the ones who were using it as a political issue?
