I didn’t like Cohen making fun of how dumb Americans are in the first movie & I don’t like it now—especially with the tired old gay rountine.

Cohen’s peeps are the same ones who brought down our country financially & continue to stick it to us—on Wall Street, at the Fed, the US Govmint, Goldman Sachs, AIG, etc., & his peeps own all 5 huge conglomerates that control the entire US media. I understand it’s historical fact that they began the porno market in this county also.
Listen up Mr. Cohen & friends—I AM NOT LAUGHING.
Naomi Klein began a boycott of anything from Israel or connected to Israel—-& I say boycott Mr. Cohen & brothers.

Sasha Baron Cohen is hysterical in Bruno, his latest incarnation, and looks nothing like his other alter-ego “Borat” which is quite an accomplishment for a comic actor. Compare his mannerisms, movement, voice inflection & intonation, facial expressions as Bruno & then check out “Borat.” Finally a genuine comic genius as an alternative to the posers coming off SNL.
I appreciate his “take no prisoners” assault on phony western cultural norms, and the fact a gay man is making fun of a segment of gay culture is simply delicious.

Is it just me….Or is anyone else getting sick of the guys need to display his exhibitionism ? He seems to have found the route to shock americans. Our uptight view of sexism and he’s using it to the extream. I for one am geting tired of seeing his ass everywhere I look. There was a movie made not long ago called “Idiocracy”....seems to explain what is happening pretty well. The favorite movie amongst the population was “Ass”..just showing some guy’s unatrractive butt and nothing more. The favorite TV show was “Ow My Balls”...What made the movie funny was that it was supposedly porttrayiong an extream view of where we are heading in our sources of entertainment, trouble is it actually wasn’t far off the mark at all. The only thing funny about his bare arse flying around at the awards show was whose head , the angry white, rich rap “artist” he ended up landing on, but then we find out that was all contrived anyway. Maybe we should stop celebrating the lowest common denominator for a change.

I will watch this and I will most likely laugh hysterically, but I think the majority of Americans are unfortunately too dumb to get his kind of humor and might really associate gays with such behavior? Possibly? I don’t think most people understood that Borat’s overt anti-semitism was a joke, so it worries me a bit.
