BULLS-EYE on this Purple Girl, but then you would already know this. This is exactly what continues to happen at the corporate level as well. Among any pool of minorities, from the least skilled/qualified to the totally integrated expert professional in any field across the board, they will always choose or otherwise ‘promote’ the least capable of them.

That way, they can say, “I told you so”. These ‘minorities’ (women, people of color) just can’t do anything right. They are inferior beings, and so they fail.

I’ve been watching the practice all of my life, specifically within the corporate/private sector structure of the past 3 decades. But it took me forever to figure out why? I mean, it just never made any sense to me, (at least in the naivety of my logic at the time) not recruit and promote the best that we’ve got,(of any gender or race)for the task at hand. But it was never about that. It was only about the politics of the Limbaugh GOP. 

But that has never been the Republican Plan for the continuation of the Manifest Destiny, and to maintain the White Supremacy Doctrine. 

How pathetic is it that Steele actually apologized to him?

The whole flippin’ batch of ‘em are pathetic, but sadly still dangerous; especially as long as Dick Cheney is walkin’ around outside a federal penitentiary.

The Steeles and the Limpballs are just food/distraction for the sincerely ignorant and conscientiously stupid masses of the repug base.

But, we know who the REAL leader of the GOP is - SatanFather Cheney.

Can somone explain to me why those Comedy Central clips like that are unavailable if you live in Canada? Why do they block something like that coming into certain countries? Always we get a few seconds of the clip, then a little sign says that in Canada we have to go to another site and look for the clip there, and once there it is never obvious which one would have appeared if we were not in Canada.

Don’t get me wrong, he is a laughable representative or a bankrupt political party, whose shallow and insincere response to everything is - well - look at their hero and spokesmouth, Rush Limpdick - that says it all!

Really the best female VP canidate they could find was Sarah? Under investigation for Abuse of power already, a Religious fanatic who beleives in ‘Witches’, a mother who waits 8 hours to seek medical attetion for her compromised unborn child, and can’t discuss birth control with her daughter?
Steele who must constantly retract his statements once he is ‘schooled’ by the white leadership or mouthpieces of the party.What kind of Leadership position is that? Isn’t the ‘Chair’ of the RNC meant to set the direction for the party for the next election and all he can come up with is recruiting the ‘Hip Hop ’ community, without having to clarify his intention. Talk about a soft shoe dance!
Jindal, who can’t figure out to call in the national guard, and Buses to help with evacuations Prior to the well foreseen Hurricane? They make this guy Respond to a Congressional Address- He’s a Damn Gov, so his response is Irrelevant, it was not the Gov’s address wich was the week before.And the Best this ‘Scholar’ coudl come up with was a ‘little story’ which had proveable Holes!
repugs aren’t just hiding behind their minorities, they are setting them up as targets, to prove their racist and sexist points.Repugs are intentionally picking these people,( who apparently feel there is too much competition in the diverse Dem party to bre noticed),and Setting them up to Fail.
Sarah is not the Epitome of Female Leadership
Steele is not the epitome of a strong independent minded Black male
Jindal is not the epitome of a well educated Scholar.
