Palin Rips Media a New MooseholePosted on Jan 8, 2009
Sarah Palin gets all reflective about her recent rise to political fame and her cagey relationship with everyone in the media except Greta Van Susteren in this clip from the upcoming documentary “Media Malpractice.” She feels exploited—hear that, Katie Couric?—exploited! In addition to having the right to see the Candidates Smut, We should also see the Good Records one should have to make a good voting decision.

Please excuse my inability to speak American English, in Canada we speak the Queen’s English, but I’d like you to give a definition of at least one of the words you’ve used: extemporaneously (Oxford not Websters please). Oh, and when you’re done could you give at least ONE example of an actual, or real issue that your ‘hockey mom’(incidentally, an insult to our unofficial national game) spoke clearly and logically aboot?
Take ten minutes off from your political, or cognitive biases and try to think for a change. Most politicians talk nonsense, it’s the easiest route to power. Sing for your supper, spread more lies and you’ll never go hungry. Keepin’ that in mind, wouldn’t ya all say that Palin’s bacon is a bit sour?
In general, Americans have lots of things to be proud of: jazz, rock and even techno, hamburgers, some damn fine writers, not to mention bourbon, Frank Sinatra, Louis Armstrong, movie stars, think of Hollywood’s golden age and of course the constitution; but please no talk of democracy, you’re not the first, not even the closest and certainly not the last, or even better…literacy, ya ain’t too good wit dat either.
Don’t worry gringo you’re not alone, much of the world is also glued to the idiot box, it ain’t much better elsewheres…hahahahaha!
ciao…n

“Develope our resources” looks like it is more important to concrete and asphault the state of alaska, proving that the environment is in the hands of greedy fools. She doesn’t get it. I see her and think what an attractive woman, feminine caring but when she speaks all of that falls away and there is just another ‘let’s develope the natural resources and make alaska more modern’. Why do people hate the natural world so much? Because there are too many people!

What did SHE EXPECT???After parading her unwed pregnant teenage daughter and the girls you tube spout off baby daddy whose mother deals drugs???
What DID she expect after DRAGGING-her???-MENTALLY IMPAIRED BABY up on stage in all the noise and confusion-[I have heard that children who receive good birthing care have a better chance of avoiding problems? resulting in autistic behaviors].....Could she have avoided problems by having the baby in a hospital?....
DID SHE REALLY EXPECT US to NOT CHECK PUBLIC RECORDS???We have a right to find out about arrests and domestic problems in a candidate including court appearances and drunk driving convictions…
I guess “the bust” of the future mom-in-law happened several months ago???That was hidden so as to not hurt her chances….....
SHE shoulda stayed out of the KITCHEN if she COULDN’T STAND THE HEAT….She is UNFIT TO MOTHER….She is UNFIT TO GOVERN…..She is TO BUSY TRYING TO GET ATTENTION….Her attitude is “oh-poor me….poor me…feel sorry for me”.....
SHE WAS OUTED and WE SHOULD BE GRATEFUL THAT SHE ISN’T IN A “POWER POSITION”.....I-personally-DO NOT want a person with her LACK OF VALUES and LACK OF MORALS in charge of ANY ASPECTS of MY LIFE…I do NOT WANT her brand of “fundee religion” to impact the minds/morals/values of my children and grandchildren…
[sorry-I just could NOT let this go WITHOUT COMMENT]

Stop it, stop it, stop it.
The sickening situation isn’t about what Sarah says or doesn’t say. What’s sickening is that, with the thousands of truly competent people in this nation, a major political party thought it wise and best to choose this thoroughly incompetent woman to hold this nation’s Number Two office.
What’s equally sickening is that the Corporate Media has picked up on Sarah’s interview and gives it air time and that we, the people, listen and watch. The woman is pathetic but perhaps her audience more so. “Perhaps so!”

It took almost a Billion dollars to squeak in a democrat by about 7 million votes. The Republicans still garnered 46% or 58,343,671 VOTES.
Your Democrat Party selectees bought this election and the White House. The most important gadget the Democrats had was a Teleprompter and prepared polished speeches.
Neither democrat selectee could articulate their positions as effectively as Sarah Palin in the Debates. Obama and Biden still stumble when speaking extemporaneously.

Linda Ronstadt’s song “Poor Pitiful Me,” should have been Sara’s theme song, since they lost the election, it is about all you hear from her. Watching Sara’s comments shown on Countdown last night was a joke. Claiming if she ran on the other side(Dems) things would have been better for her shows how out of touch with reality she really is. Her performance on the campaign trail and her speeches were full of lies and stirring up hatred on heresy and fabricated misinformation speak volumes of her petty small minded grasp of her reality while trying to hang on long enough for the run in 2012. If you feel that your treatment is to rough now, then don’t go back there and avoid it at all costs, or are you a masochist? Your really get off being the victim as you claim you are.
The stink of desperation coming off of her is as strong as a rutting moose. It is time for her to be put out of her self deluded misery, which she blames on everyone else but herself.
As for being exploited, what do you call the outing of her then pregnant unwed daughter and the maybe(hasn’t happened yet and claims to marry next summer? Right.) father to be? That is exploitation at it’s zenith.
Since the aerial wolf hunting is back in full swing in Alaska, I offer my wolf robe, once owned by a shaman, to wear, then she shall be dropped of in the hunting grounds, where she has allowed the slaughter of innocent wildlife, including wolves and their pups-something that is illegal in Alaska-the killing of wolf pups, so she can run amongst them and maybe some lucky hunter can put her out of her misery so the rest of us will not have to suffer her whining of how poorly treated she has been by everyone in her political career world of delusion.
Hey Sarah, if you cannot take the heat now, what makes you think you can stand up to it if you try to run for anything again? Resign, go home and tend to your husband, like your church told you, raise your children better than the oldest two, there may still be some hope your youngest 2 daughters turn out decent, regardless of parentage and help your unwed daughter tend to her 2 babies.
Evidence has already shown that trying to have a career in politics is too much for you and you have sacrificed your family for your greed. Something you claim your religious teachings do not allow for. Resign, and fade off into the Alaskan sunset already. We are all tired of you.

Setting aside her politics and some of her spin, she comes across as so much more articulate, clear and likeable here. Why was she unable to do this after she was chosen by McCain? Had she been able to maintain the clarity and articulation then that she shows here (despite “dissappointedly”), she would have come across much better to more people.

Apparently Truthdig hasn’t the sense to avoid becoming as, or more, juvenile than the Huffington Kids. One might claim that kind of attitude, that kind of editorial tone, to be a matter of choice among options. Other media, other websites do it; there’s a very long tradition of it.
But I suggest that you are not doing it right because you evince all the signs of not knowing ‘which way is up.’ Very little, if anything you are talking about is funny, yet you seem to think you can milk ‘humor’ out of the presentation.
Your rife flippancy, constantly angling towards irony, unseriously airing the absurd, furthering the careers of media twits with publicity, has not any high purpose you might purport it to have. Humor is an antidote, but only in its place - and only when it is done right. And you are not doing it right.
You are vulgar.
They are vulgar. To take on their characteristics is to be them. When you say, ‘Palin Rips Media a New Moosehole’, you are no more than Ann Coulter. Not one bit more.
What is happening here is that you are devolving into self parody.
If you are so bored with your job that you no longer care, that you would mistreat it, parody it, make fun of your own purpose, then find something else to do.

Thats what people go through when they are in the spotlight…what can one expect…100% truth(?)..especially when the politics & media are from extreme right to center to extreme left. Good luck to all who want to be in the spotlight of politics or religion. Some one will be out there to `get´ you.

I liked it when she said that if she had been on the Democratic ticket the MSM would have treated her much kinder. Now I know how stupid she really is.
For one thing the Democrats don’t run cerebral dwarfs. For another thing, the pregnancy of her daughter(2Xs?) would have been denigrated by the social right winguts as an example of the loose morals of “liberal” Democrats. The stink raised such that it would be ongoing from pulpits for years. And, as with the Clinton tube steak circus, would have been sucked dry (no pun intended) by the MSM.
This just shows to go you just how stupid this fleshy Nieman Marcus mannequin really is.

Poor defenseless Sarah Palin having to actually answer questions from that mean ol’ Katie Couric. Did I get that right?
More “poor me” from the crybaby right wingers. “Poor me” from Ann Coulter. “Poor me” from Sarah Palin. “Poor me” from Bill O’Really (he thought we might abscond with his presents from Santa, my personal favorite…LOL ). “Poor me” from Norm Coleman. Did I miss anyone…? Far be it for me to leave anyone out, why that only causes hard feelings… and we wouldn’t want that now would we?.... cause then you start getting those “poor, poor pitiful me” people going, and GOD KNOWS we’ve quite enough of them.
Right wingers simply cannot exit with grace can they? They believe grace is something bestowed upon them by an invisible force. But we all know that that’s not true, because money is not invisible. Well… it is if you’re selling derivitives or your name is Madoff, but let’s not quibble the details.
